Embodying Love and Charity

And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father.”
Colossians 3:17

Our annual theme, “Love & Charity,” is a profound reflection of the Catholic Foundation of West Michigan’s values and mission. We recognize that love is the greatest of virtues, and charity is the outward demonstration of this love in action that seeks the well-being of others.

Rooted in the teachings of Christ, this theme calls us to embody love and charity in our daily endeavors. God calls us to love our fellow man, accepting and caring for people, regardless of their background or circumstances. This love inspires us to support individuals and families in all corners of our communities. Throughout the next year, the Catholic Foundation will highlight stories of the people and organizations working to bring this theme to life.

As the heartbeat of our faith, it is a joy to see the tangible manifestation of our donors’ charity through acts of generosity that positively impact people in our community. We look forward to continuing this work in 2024 and encourage you to follow along for updates.
