āItās gratitude,ā Anne says. āOur gratitude toward Assumption, but also the gratitude we feel becauseĀ we had that experience.ā That spirit is what inspires Anne to give back to people and organizations who have directly impacted or bettered her life or theĀ lives of her loved ones. And in this case, it inspiredĀ the Ridderings to create the George and Anne Riddering Fund for ABVM Teachers.
Grant Impact
As we reflect on this past year, we wish to express our deepest gratitude to those who have financially supported the Churchās work in West Michigan. As people of faith, we acknowledge God as the greatest giver and give thanks for his abundant blessings.
āWe are profoundly grateful for the generosity of the Catholic Foundation of West Michigan grant, which has enabled Bishop Baraga Academy to secure the very best resources that align with our priorities and mission,ā says Dr. Shari McCarty, the Academyās executive director and principal. āWe cherish and promote our Catholic faith in all we do, and having access to top-quality curricular materials greatly supports this effort. I cannot express my thankfulness enough!ā
